Upon creating an account at www.heavyclouds.eu you will automatically become a member of our society. If you are an active customer you can login to your account and check your points.

You can earn points in several ways and spend them on discount coupons for your future orders.

Place an order	5 Points/1 euro spent

• Points by liking us on Facebook, following us on Instagram and signing up to our eshop can be earned once.
• At Heavy Clouds we celebrate your birthday together. Every year you earn birthday points. Please note that you must enter your birth date at least 30 days prior in order to receive your birthday points. Limit once per year. 
• Placing an order earns you 5 points for every 1 euro spent. Points will be awarded once payment has been received.

How to redeem points

€5 off coupon	500 points
€10 off coupon	1000 points
€15 off coupon	1500 points
€30 off coupon	3000 points
€50 off coupon	5000 points

• Once you have gathered enough points you can redeem them anytime in order to acquire coupons.
• Upon creating the coupon the matching points will be deducted from your point balance.
• A coupon can only be used one time.
• You can only use one (1) coupon per order. 
• The minimum order value must be at least double the coupon value for it to be valid.
  ie. €30 coupon is valid on orders of €60 and above excl. shipping costs.
• Coupons are personal and can not be transfered.
• Once a coupon is created it is final and it can not be reversed back to points.
